Exterior Regulations

The Architectural Committee meets the second Monday of each month. You must submit a request in writing to the Architectural Committee if you plan on installing or repairing:
  • Storage facilities, material storage 
  • Decks, patios (repair or replace)
  • Windows and doors, including storm & screen doors
  • Additions 
  • Retention walls, raised beds
  • Mail boxes, trash cans, signs, and laundry lines
  • Painting (exterior)
  • Fencing
  • Roofs (shingles) and awnings
  • Swimming pools, hot tubs
  • Antennas, satellite dishes 
  • Exterior lighting fixtures 
  • Propane tanks 
  • Sidewalks

You must also get Uwchlan Twp. approval for storage facilities, fencing, decks, additions, swimming pools, hot tubs, propane tanks and windows.

Annual Walk-throughs:
Every year the Rhondda HOA asks volunteers to coordinate with the Architectural committee to walk through and evaluate homes in terms of good maintenance to ensure that safety and property guidelines are being met.  Please look at the links below and look for the notice of when your court walk through will happen.  If you have any questions, please submit a comment in the website comments, contact the office, or attend a meeting with the architectural committee
