Approved with comments: Sue Patt Rhondda Homeowners Association Quarterly Homeowners Meeting Date: March 15, 2011 Opening Time 7 p.m. Hankin Center Club House Board Members Present: Sue Patt, David Bova, Michael Cassella, Barbara Guenst, Board Members Absent: Christine Trevaskis, William Coleman, Frank Cetera Others Present: Property Manager – Danielle Diamond Maintenance – Scott Leidy 1. Mike Cassella introduced new Property Manager Danielle Diamond. 2. Madeline was hired from Account Temps to set up Peachtree, the accounting software, and close out 2009 and 2010. This is why the budget was not currently available. She is working approximately 20 hours per week and should be finished in a couple of weeks. 3. The Walk Through/Property Inspection process is to begin April 1st and be completed June 1st. Letters from last year had not been sent to the homeowners due to staff changes. This year it will be expected that all deficiencies will be corrected. A. Safety issues will be addressed. Township rules will be applied to the concrete sidewalks. Pictures were displayed as to what are considered failures.
